The Business Analyst responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying business needs, and recommending solutions that enable our clients to achieve their goals. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and facilitate the successful implementation of business solutions. They are the link between the business objectives and core technological capabilities the team is building. They are responsible for utilizing creative and practical thinking to translate requirements into direct improvements.
Requirements:
· English Speaking/Writing
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
· Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience:
· 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related role.
· Proven experience working in a business analysis or consulting role, preferably in an industry relevant to the hiring organization.
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies such as SWOT analysis, GAP analysis, BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), and UML (Unified Modeling Language).
· Experience with requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio).

· $24,000 - $33,000 per month, depending on experience
