Overview:
We seek a dynamic and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Analyst focusing on Help Desk support. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. Additionally, your expertise in help desk support will be crucial in addressing technical issues and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and workflows.
- Identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
Help Desk Support:
- Provide technical & functional support to end-users and resolve help desk tickets.
- Troubleshoot software issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Communicate technical & functional information in a user-friendly manner to non-technical end-users.
Data Analysis:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and customer support.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in help desk support and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with IT systems, software applications, and SQL Queries.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of help desk tools and ticketing systems.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or relevant field.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Benefits:
USD 14-16 / hr.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $235.00 - $270.00 per hour
