The Commercial Bank (CB) organization is seeking an entry-level, highly motivated individual who is capable of handling a wide variety of tasks directly impacting the client onboarding experience. The Implementation Solutions Analyst (ISA) will have global responsibility for onboarding support for CB clients. Helping our clients expand their business is a strategic opportunity for Commercial Banking and the initial onboarding experience sets the tone. The ISA will work directly with Onboarding Specialists and various operations teams to provide support to onboard the client’s business to the CB products and services.

Our team is seeking a highly motivated and creative problem solver who is willing to learn!! The goal of the ISA position is to offer the necessary tools to talented individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

As an ISA you will learn crucial project management skills through senior project manager mentorship, explore innovative ideas for process improvements and discover the world of treasury and cash management globally.

The ISA position will enable you to be aligned to a seasoned Vice President Onboarding Specialist who will mentor you through support of large global mandates for our clients. Our clients are US based companies from various markets and industries that are looking to open accounts with JPMorgan internationally.

The ISA will be presented with fantastic venues to further expand and learn treasury as the ultimate goal of the position is to mold them overtime from analysts into associate project managers/onboarding specialists. The ISA will get the opportunity to learn commercial banking treasury from the ground up and will have the ability to explore creative ways to further support VP onboarding specialists on the below.

**Open to newly graduated or to be graduated individuals in 2023 (accepting Bachelor’s degrees of all backgrounds)**

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client engagement materials (e.g. project plans, meeting minutes, agendas) and create a shared master tracker for VP global mandates
  • Update the implementation target dates and comments based on one-on-one meetings with VP International Onboarding Specialists
  • Collaborate with the international coverage teams on behalf of the VP being supported to establish clear implementation details
  • Begin learning and assisting VP’s with implementing core treasury products
  • Explore creative/innovative ways to further enhance the VP project support process to optimize efficiencies
  • Utilize creative problem solving and solid decision-making abilities to deliver business driven results
